At ELO.HIM, every item is made with intention and produced on demand through our fulfillment partners, including Printful, Tapstitch, and Pixels.

International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, customs, and carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately, as they may be fulfilled by different partners (Printful, Tapstitch, or Pixels). Each shipment will have its own tracking number.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost:

We will work with the carrier and fulfillment partner to investigate

Delivery Confirmation

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
