Return & Refund Policy

At ELO.HIM, each item is created especially for you. All products are made to order through our trusted production partners, including Printful, Tapstitch, and Pixels. This approach helps reduce overproduction and supports a more mindful creation process.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse

Please review all product details and sizing information before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number
  • Provide clear photos of the issue

Once approved, a replacement will be issued through the appropriate fulfillment partner.

Lost Packages

If your order is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the delivery notification
  • We will work with the shipping carrier and fulfillment partner (Printful, Tapstitch, or Pixels) to investigate

Resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Incorrect Shipping Address

ELO.HIM is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

Color & Print Variations

Minor variations in color, texture, or print placement may occur due to different production methods across our fulfillment partners. These differences are normal and do not qualify as defects.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not possible and the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
